First off, sorry for this either looking weird or something. I did it with my computer mouse, which is the LAST thing that you should use, but I did so yeah...
I just HAD to draw up this for
! Because of some of her other pictures and whatnot, I always think of her when I'm listening to certain country songs on the radio. Yes, I do quite love that kind of music, lol 
Also, she is a really good friend and one of the best people I have met on dA (and I'm referring to the people whom I don't know in real life, lol) She is very sweet and caring and always trying to cheer up her friends, so it's the least I can do to try and cheer her up in my own, silly way
Once again, sorry if it looks choppy, I really should have spend more time on it, but here it is anyway...(sorry I missed the spot on your nose...probablly other stuff I missed too
